OAR 859-200-0055: Notice of Hearings; Administrative Reviews

Written notice shall be given to the following persons or entities within a reasonable time prior to any hearing: (1) The person; (2) The person's attorney, if represented; (3) The office of the district attorney of the committing county, or its designee; (4) The community mental health provider or outpatient supervisor, if the person is on conditional release or being proposed for conditional release; (5) The victim, if the court or Board finds the victim requests notification; (6) Hospital staff, if the person resides at an Oregon Health Authority hospital; and (7) The county mental health agency in the county where the person resides if the person is on conditional release.
