(1) The annual license fee for pilots shall be $4,322. (2) The Oregon Board of Maritime Pilots shall adjust the amount of the annual license fee for a maritime pilot for each subsequent biennium by a proportional amount equal to the percentage change in the 24-month period prior to the beginning of the biennium in the Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers, West Region (All Items), as published by the Bureau of Labor Statistics of the United States Department of Labor. (3) The delinquent fee for a late renewal shall be $250.
