A PPL and its PPL Affiliated Pharmacy must ensure that a prescription drug or device is not released from the PPL until the Oregon licensed Pharmacist or Intern has: (1) Provided counseling when required under OAR 855-115-0145 or when requested by the patient or patient’s agent; and (2) Documented the interaction.
