(1) A PPL must have an Oregon licensed PIC at all times. (2) Prior to utilizing a PPL, the Oregon licensed Pharmacist, Intern, Certified Oregon Pharmacy Technician and Pharmacy Technician must have completed a training program on the proper use of the PPL.
