OAR 845-025-2860: Marijuana Retailers — Consumer Health and Safety Information

A retailer must: (1) Post at a conspicuous location the following posters prescribed by the Commission, measuring 22 inches high by 17 inches wide that can be downloaded at www.oregon.gov/olcc/marijuana: (a) A Pregnancy Warning Poster; and (b) A Poisoning Prevention Poster. (2) Post at a conspicuous location a color copy of the “Educate Before You Recreate” flyer measuring 22 inches high by 17 inches wide that can be downloaded at WHATSLEGALOREGON.COM. (3) Distribute to each individual at the time of sale, a Marijuana Information Card, prescribed by the Commission, measuring 3.5 inches high by 5 inches long that can be downloaded at www.oregon.gov/olcc/marijuana. (4) Violations. A violation of this rule is a Category V violation.
