OAR 845-009-0115: Server Education Hearings: Service Permittees and Applicants

(1) If the Commission denies a service permit because the applicant, licensee, or permittee fails to meet the alcohol server education requirement, the applicant or permittee is entitled to a hearing under the procedures in OAR 137, division 003 and OAR 845, division 003. (2) Despite section (1) of this rule, the applicant or permittee is not entitled to a hearing if the applicant or permittee fails to pass the alcohol server exam.
