OAR 839-017-0045: Addendum to Contract to Provide Specific Terms for Payment

After an applicant for employment has accepted employment with an employer, but before actually starting work, the applicant and the employment agency may change the terms agreed to in their original contract or enter into an addendum to the original contract between themselves which provides for specific terms of payment after the applicant actually starts work.
