OAR 839-014-0190: Substitution of Oregon Examination

(1) The commissioner may recognize national or state examinations for licensing if taken and passed within the last 12 months. (2) A specific examination that may be recognized in lieu of the Oregon examinations is the Farm Labor Contractor examination for the State of California. (3) Independent verification of test results from the testing authority is required.
