(1) The purpose of these rules is to implement the standards, policies and procedures for fire standard compliant (reduced ignition propensity) cigarettes. (2) The scope of these rules applies to the implementation of ORS 476.755 through 476.806 and 476.995, relating to fire standard compliant (reduced ignition propensity) cigarettes.
