OAR 837-007-0220: Subject Individual

The Department may require a Subject Individual to complete a criminal records check due to the following reasons: (1) Is applying for employment or is employed with the Department; or (2) Provides services or seeks to provide services to the Department as a contractor, subcontractor, vendor or volunteer.
