OAR 836-074-0047: Examinations and Audits

(1) The Director may examine or audit any trust account and any accounting records of premium funds as the Director determines necessary. (2) The examination or audit shall be performed at the expense of the insurance producer, when the trust account or accounting records are located outside this state.
