As used in OAR 836-053-0600 to 836-053-0615: (1) The definitions set forth in Section 2, chapter 470; Oregon Laws 2015 apply to the use of those terms in these rules. (2) “Enrollee” includes a person covered under a health benefit plan and a dependent of a person covered under a health benefit plan.
