OAR 836-051-0700: Authorization, Genetic Testing

(1) A person who asks an applicant for insurance to take a genetic test in connection with an application for insurance shall obtain the specific authorization of the applicant by use of the form in Exhibit 1 to this rule, or a form that is substantively similar. (2) This rule implements ORS 746.135.
