OAR 833-050-0141: Placing Registration on Hold

(1) Registered associates may request to place associate registration on hold for up to 90 days by submitting a written request to the board with explanation of need for being on hold. (2) Registered associates must notify the Board within 10 days, in writing, of a plan to return to practice. (3) If after 90 days, the registered associate does not submit a plan to return to practice, the associate registration will expire.
