OAR 813-375-0026: FUND AWARD

The Department, in its sole discretion, shall determine Grant(s) awarded from the Fund. (1) Upon approval of an award from the Fund, the Department will enter into a binding Grant Agreement with the successful Applicant(s). (2) The Grant Agreement shall be in a form provided by the Department. (3) OHCS will make Grantee information available to Oregon’s Office of Emergency Management and affordable housing development partners.
