OAR 813-035-0032: Approved Borrowers

(1) Any person or appropriate legal entity may apply to become a Borrower. (2) In evaluating the capacity of a prospective Borrower to develop, own, maintain and manage a Project, the Department may require, review and use any documents, credit reports, financial statements, or other information consistent with the provisions of the Equal Credit Opportunity Act as it may relate to the Department. (3) Production of information to the Department by the Borrower or prospective Borrower shall be at the Borrower’s own cost and shall be without cost or liability to the Department.
