OAR 809-005-0000: Certification for Engineering Geology

(1) The Board established certification in the specialty of engineering geology pursuant to ORS 672.505(3) and 672.565. (2) The engineering geologist specialty certification shall be maintained concurrently with the geologist registration. (3) To be certified as an engineering geologist, the geologist must be qualified under OAR 809-030-0020(2).
