OAR 808-003-0135: Date of Issue/Expiration

(1) All licenses shall be issued on the date all application requirements are met. New licenses are valid for up to 13 months. Renewal licenses are valid for one year. (2) Except as set forth in (3) of this rule, the expiration date will be the last day of the month in which the license was originally issued. (3) At the request of the licensee, the agency may adjust the expiration date of the landscape construction professional license to correspond with that of the landscape contracting business license in accordance with ORS 670.310.
