OAR 801-060-0040: Residency Requirements

For a student to be eligible for a scholarship under the scholarship grant program the student must: (1) Be a U.S. Citizen, or an eligible non-citizen as defined by federal regulations under Title IV, part B of the Higher Education Act of 1965 as amended; and (2) Be a resident of the State of Oregon.
