OAR 741-110-0020: Application of Rules to Existing Protective Devices

(1) Protective devices installed on or after the effective date of these rules shall comply with these rules. (2) Except as required by OAR 741-110-0050(2), protective devices installed at grade crossings are deemed to be in compliance with the rules and regulations of the Department, if the installations were performed in accordance with the rules in effect at the time of their installation.
