OAR 741-030-0065: Fees for Certification

(1) When submitting an application for preliminary certification, applicants must include a payment of $250 to the Department. (2) When submitting an application for final certification, applicants shall include a payment not to exceed one half of one percent (0.5%) of the estimated tax credit.
