OAR 740-050-0800: Delivery of Household Goods — Notification of Shipper

(1) All for-hire household goods carriers must make, or arrange for, prompt delivery of goods. (2) In the event the carrier’s tariff does not provide for delivery and no arrangement therefor has been made or authorized, such carrier must give the shipper prompt notice of the arrival of goods.
