OAR 738-070-0220: Standards for Marking and Lighting of Obstructions to Air Navigation

Federal Aviation Administration Advisory Circular 70/7460-1F entitled, Obstruction Marking and Lighting, and dated September 27, 1978, shall be the standard for marking and lighting objects and structures that constitute hazards to air navigation.
