OAR 736-149-0850: Temporary rule language in effect until 10/19/2026. Final Inspection

(1) Notification of Completion; inspection. The contractor shall notify the department in writing when the contractor considers the contract work completed. Within 15 days of receiving contractor's notice, the department will inspect the project and project records and will either accept the work or notify the contractor of remaining work to be performed. (2) Acknowledgment of acceptance. When the department finds that all work required under the contract has been completed satisfactorily, the department shall acknowledge acceptance of the work in writing.
