OAR 735-124-0150: Tires

(1) Dual rear tires shall be provided on all vehicles having a seating capacity of more than 20 workers. (2) Tires which are excessively worn, cracked, deteriorated, or damaged in any other way shall not be used. All tires must have a minimum tread depth of 2/32 inches.
