OAR 734-020-0085: Parking Regulations

(1) At defined areas requiring parking regulation, the Chief Engineer shall install signs using the legend “NO OVERNIGHT PARKING — PARKING (Between 1:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m.) PROHIBITED.” Such signs shall be installed at locations visible to a driver and frequently enough at any one area to properly advise a driver of the parking restriction. (2) Emergency parking shall be permitted in areas of regulated parking.
