(1) This Division provides requirements for the Tribal Nation Natural Resource Program Fund. (2) The Tribal Nation Natural Resource Program Fund provides funds to federally recognized Tribes in Oregon for projects and purposes consistent with the terms of the Monsanto Settlement Agreement.
