OAR 695-045-0210: Subsequent Conveyances

(1) Subsequent conveyances of Property Interests acquired with OWEB grant funds must strictly comply with the requirements of ORS 541.960, including, but not limited to, the requirement that subsequent conveyances be made subject to Board approval and that subsequent conveyances shall not result in a Profit. (2) Subsequent conveyances shall be evaluated based on criteria established in OAR 695-045-0180 as applicable.
