OAR 690-602-0800: Distribution of Grant Funds

(1) The Director may withhold payments to a Grantee if the Grantee is not in compliance with grant agreement requirements and conditions. (2) Prior to disbursement of Department funds, the Grantee must provide the Department satisfactory proof that the required match, based on the total award, has been secured.
