OAR 660-023-0160: Natural Areas

(1) For purposes of this rule, “natural areas” are areas listed in the Oregon State Register of Natural Heritage Resources. (2) At periodic review, local governments shall consider information about natural areas not addressed at acknowledgment or in previous periodic reviews. Local governments shall inventory such areas as significant and develop a program to achieve the goal following the standard Goal 5 process in OAR 660-023-0040 and 660-023-0050.
