OAR 657-010-0020: Reports and Payment of Assessment Moneys

First purchasers and handlers must submit completed and signed assessment reports on commission approved forms or formats. Assessment reports shall include all purchases by or deliveries to a first purchaser or handler of Ryegrass seed. Quarterly assessment reports and assessments are due to the commission office and must be postmarked by the last day for the reporting month specified below. Quarterly assessments shall be reported as follows: (1) January, February, March assessments postmarked by April 30th; (2) April, May, June assessments postmarked by July 31st; (3) July, August, September assessments postmarked by October 31st; (4) October, November, December assessments postmarked by January 31st.
