Policy and objective for fish management in Willow Valley Reservoir of the Klamath River Basin. (1) Policy: Lahontan cutthroat trout in Willow Valley Reservoir shall be managed for natural and hatchery production under the Basic Yield Management Option. (2) Objective: Improve angler catch rates for Lahontan cutthroat trout by periodically supplementing their natural production with surplus hatchery fish from Klamath Hatchery.
