OAR 635-500-0300: Crayfish

(1) The following policy applies to crayfish management in the Malheur River Basin: Crayfish in the Malheur River Basin shall be managed for the recreational fishery. (2) In accordance with the above policy, it is the objective of the department to: Maintain production of crayfish in the Malheur River Basin for recreational harvest.
