(1) Any person may sell, purchase or exchange the meat, antlers, or other parts of a fallow Deer (Dama dama), reindeer (Rangifer tarandus) or sika deer (Cervus nippon). (2) Any person may sell, purchase or exchange the meat, antlers, or other parts of any other nonnative cervid.
