OAR 635-021-0510: Temporary rule language in effect until 09/30/2026. Southeast District

Effective June 1, 2026, through September 30, 2026, in Thief Valley Reservoir, Wolf Creek Reservoir, and Pilcher Creek Reservoir located in Union County, the following regulations apply: (1) No minimum or maximum size limits, (2) No daily or possession limits for rainbow trout and bass, (3) Harvest will be allowed by hand, dip net, or angling and, (4) A person with a valid Two-Rod Validation may use any number of rods.
