OAR 635-005-0380: Fishing Gear for Commercial Harvest of Mussels and Razor Clams

It is unlawful in intertidal commercial fisheries to: (1) Take mussels for commercial purposes by any means other than hand or a hand-powered tool. (2) Take razor clams for commercial purposes by any means other than by hand or by shovel.
