OAR 629-035-0070: Forest Land Exchanges and Acquisitions

(1) The District Forester shall recommend an amendment to the district land designations and management classifications of state-owned forest lands under OAR 629-035-0040 to 629-035-0050 when lands are added to or removed from the district land base. (2) The District Forester shall provide a 30-day public comment period on the proposed amendments.
