OAR 629-010-0230: Procedures

The following procedures shall apply: (1) The Department under the authority granted by ORS 276.595, shall maintain a policy of not charging parking fees for vehicles or other equipment at all facilities owned or controlled by the Department. (2) This policy will apply to all Department employees, Department visitors, members of boards, commissions, or committees, or any governmental entities.
