OAR 629-010-0005: Board Administration — Definitions

The following words and phrases, when used in this division shall mean the following unless the context otherwise requires: (1) “Board” means the Board of Forestry of the State of Oregon. (2) “Chairperson or Chairman” means the Chairperson of the Board. (3) “Committee” means a committee of the Board. (4) “Secretary” means the State Forester.
