(1) Matters referred to the agency for immediate review, as provided for in OAR 137-003-0640 in the Attorney General’s Model and Uniform Rules, shall be transmitted to the State Forester. (2) Rulings on requests for immediate review may be made by the State Forester or the State Forester’s delegate.
