In addition to the genera listed in ORS 564.020(3), it is unlawful for any person to export from this state, or to sell or offer for sale, or to transport plants of any of the following genera or species, subject to the exceptions described above under OAR 603-073-0003(2) and (3): (1) Kalmiopsis. (2) Pediocactus. (3) Coryphantha. (4) Darlingtonia. (5) Talinum.
