OAR 603-057-0415: Location of Pesticide Use; Aggregation of Information

Each report of pesticide use shall include the following information regarding the location of a pesticide use made by the pesticide user: (1) For uses made to a site in an urban area as defined in OAR 603-057-0405(9), the location shall be reported by identifying the five-digit zip code for the site. (2) For uses made to any site not in an urban area as defined in OAR 603-057-0405(9), the location shall be reported by identifying the third-level hydrologic unit for the site.
