OAR 603-056-0310: Phytosanitary Certificates

(1) Certificate issuance (five copies) — $5. (2) Each additional copy — $1. (3) Each lot must be officially sampled and the sample must be current; complete information necessary for issuance of the certificate must be received by the Department in writing; and in the case of seed, an official seed laboratory report received indicating the lot meets import requirements of the receiving country prior to issuance. Field inspections are required for some seed exported to some countries.
