OAR 603-048-3280: Hemp Topical Handler

(1) A handler with a hemp topical endorsement may not process in a location that is operating as a restaurant, seasonal temporary restaurant, intermittent temporary restaurant, limited service restaurant or single-event temporary restaurant as defined in ORS 624. (2) Violations. A violation of this rule is a Class II violation.
