OAR 603-048-0540: Industrial Hemp Drying and Storage Requirements

(1) When drying or storing industrial hemp, licensees must label each harvest lot with the following information: (a) The license number of the grower that produced the harvest lot; (b) The harvest lot identifier; and (c) The date the harvest lot was harvested. (2) The pre-harvest test results for each drying or stored harvest lot must be readily available at the drying or storage location and produced upon request. (3) A licensee may only dry or store industrial hemp in locations identified on the grow site application or on a change form submitted to the Department identifying where industrial hemp will be dried or stored.
