OAR 603-029-2155: Implementation of SOP's

(1) Each state-inspected establishment shall conduct the pre-operational procedures in the Sanitation SOP's before the start of operations. (2) Each state-inspected establishment shall conduct all other procedures in the Sanitation SOP's at the frequencies specified. (3) Each state-inspected establishment shall monitor daily the implementation of the procedures in the Sanitation SOP's.
