OAR 603-028-0600: Definitions

(1) In addition to the definitions set forth in ORS Chapter 603, a custom meat establishment is subject to the definitions set forth in OAR 603-025-0010. (2) “Mobile custom slaughtering establishment” means a custom slaughtering establishment consisting of a truck, trailer, or other vehicle, and the equipment and utensils situated therein or thereon.
