OAR 603-022-0340: Weight Classes

(1) The weight classes for Oregon Consumer Grades for Shell Eggs shall be as indicated in Table 5 and shall apply to all consumer grades. (2) A lot average tolerance of 3.3 percent for individual eggs in the next lower weight class is permitted as long as no individual case within the lot exceeds five percent.
