OAR 603-014-0065: Service Fee Exemptions

The service fee required by OAR 603-014-0055 shall not apply to the following: (1) Cattle and equine that are presented for inspection at place where a livestock inspector is present and the owner or occupant of that place allows the use of their property to conduct the inspection. The service charge may or may not have already been paid by the person who caused the inspector to be at that place. (2) At auction markets where multiple inspectors are required to adequately inspect cattle prior to their sale, only one service fee will be charged per sale.
