OAR 603-012-0220: Exemptions

The following are exempt from the registration required by ORS 596.100: (1) Veterinary Products compounded by or for Oregon licensed veterinarians for use in the course of their practice under a Veterinary Client Patient Relationship. (2) Pesticide products regulated under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act.
